Dear County Council Members,
Please vote NO on Bill 251, Stanford Carr's rezoning petition.
It is important to delay this bill until the Kona Community Development Plan is in place.
At a very minimum it should be delayed until the new council is seated.
The needs of the westside citizens need to be fully recognized by the county governent and
county council.
