RE: Proposed Development of Kona Coffee Estates Bill 251
Dear Council Members,
We think the Kona Coffee Estates development is a viable addition to the Kona
area: but it has serious problems in the planned access to the property. Progress
should not be made at the expense and discomfort of others in the area it should
complement what is in place.
The Kona Coffee Estate access through the Malulani Gardens development will come
about with loss of security, loss of property value and loss of community for the
said development. There has to be a more convenient and sensible means to access
the property to be developed. Don't ruin a community in the name of progress.
