The traffic congestion on Queen K Highway and Henry is already <br /> overwhelming. <br /> 2. We're concerned about the loss of property values and security. There <br /> are discussions of putting a temporary road along the whole south side of <br /> Malulani Gardens leading to the top for the construction vehicles which <br /> opens all of Malulani Gardens to potential burglaries not to mention dust <br /> and dirt. <br /> <br /> It's time to say "no" to development until the infrastructure keeps up. If this <br /> development must go through, then the developer of the Kona Coffee Estates <br /> should provide access on upper Pilani, away from the traffic congestion around <br /> Queen K and Henry. <br /> <br /> Otherwise, we respectfully request that the development of Kona Coffee Estates <br /> not take place. <br /> Thank you for your consideration, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Paul E.
