Dear Council Members,
Please do not approve the development of Kona Coffee Estates unless the developer provides
access on upper Palani, away from the traffic congestion that already plagues the area
around Henry St. and the Queen's Hwy. This development really should be put on hold until
roads and infrastructure are improved.
