Green of Hilo to the <br /> Hawaii County Tax Board of Review, to replace Bill Thibadeau, <br /> whose term will expire on December 31, 1997. <br /> Mr. Green is a lifetime resident of Hawaii, and since 1991 has <br /> been the Owner/President of PCI Chemical Corporation. Prior to <br /> that, he was employed at Allied Machinery (1970-1990) and <br /> Castle & Cook (1961-1969). He is a member of the Board of the <br /> Hilo Yacht Club and an officer of the Hilo Stroke Club of the <br /> American Heart Association. Mr. Green is presently serving on <br /> the Hawaii County Board of Appeals and will end his tenure on <br /> December 31, 1997.
