Yoshimura of Hilo to the <br /> Hawaii County Fire Board of Appeals, to replace Hajime Uyeki of <br /> Hilo, whose term will expire on December 31, 1997. <br /> Mr. Yoshimura is a 48-year resident of Hawaii.
