should stay ut public owners}up to pro,i le tarntinK and fr~restry opportunities to the
people. It would be a shame for it to y~~: pack to the big corporations or es"tales.
Land generates wealth . The I~~-:. ~ ;i_ of this island will never get ahead if they are
denied access to the use of the land. I i ~ County does u~at wtutt to be bothered with
leasing land for farming, perhaps tltep :0,1,1 sell it to the State. who could ntattage it along
