Requesting the Mayor to Develop
A Hamakua Lands Disposition Plan
This is to transmit Resolution 196, Draft 2, relating to the Council's request of the mayor to
develop a Hamakua lands disposition plan. Draft 2 deletes the second BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED clause, which requires the plan to consider sale, exchange or other means of
disposal.
For your convenience, I have included a rarnseyered version of the resolution.
