RE: Transfer of Discretionary Funds for FiscyYYear 2006-2007
Discretionary funds from District 8 will be used to fund the Kealakehe Community Association dba
Kealakehe Neighborhood Watch Inc.'s Le`a Le`a Na Opio after school program that provide the
Kealakehe youth with various activities and educational materials relating to crime prevention and
awareness, as well as transportation and travel expenses to Denver, Colorado in March 2007 to attend
the Annual National Youth Crime Watch Conference.
Enclosed please find a Resolution authorizing the transfer of $10,000.00 from the Clerk-Council SVC
