Monthly Update -November 1 S, 2006
• Solicitation and Contract Document Preparation
R.W. Beck Inc. and Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP coordinated with the Short-
listed Proposers to schedule the pre-proposal conference and to answer any
questions posed.
¦ Presentations and Workshops
The Pre-proposal conference with the Short-listed Proposers will be held at the
Project site on November 30, 2006.
¦ Project Schedule
The contract execution date is anticipated to be May/June 2007.
¦ Action Items and Responsibilities
o R. W. Beck Inc. and Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP will respond to
questions from the Short-listed Proposers and schedule upcoming
meetings as necessary.
