Discretionary funds from District 8 will be used to fund the Neighborhood Place of Kona's "Miloli`i Ho`opuloa
`Ahahui I Na `Opio Program" whose focus is to provide substance abuse and anti-violence education and
prevention for the at risk youths of Miloli `i, through community exchange programs and extra-curricular
activities.
Enclosed please find a Resolution authorizing the transfer of $10,000.00 from the Clerk-Council SVC
