Dear Chairman Hoffmann:
As a result of staff research into the disposition of Bill No. 265, Draft 3, it was discovered that no
report was submitted to rcco,mmend the filing of Bill No. 2G5, Draft 3 when that Rill was
replaced with Rill No. 231 relating to Scenic Corridors.
Therefore, I request that Bill No. 26;, Dra4 3, be placed on the Council agenda so that it may be
properly f led as we proceed with deliberations on Bills for First Reading of Bill No. 231.
