SUBJECT: PAUKAA COMMUNITY COLLECTOR SEWER, PHASE II
WAIAKEA HOUSELOTS COLLECTOR SEWER, PHASE II
Pursuant to Section 21-26, Hawaii County Code, which requires that the Council approve all
sewer extensions, we submit the attached resolutions authorizing the referenced sewer extensions.
These extensions are required by the Environmental Protection Agency as grant conditions for the
Papaikou and Hilo Wastewater Treatment Plants respectively.
