SUBJECT: Approval of an Ordinance to Chapter 11 of the
Hawai i County Code, to C ify the Calculation of the
In-Lieu Fee as Applic a to All Dwelling Units or All
Residential Lots
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
an Ordinance to Amend Chapter 11 of the Hawaii County Code, to
Clarify the Calculation of the In-Lieu Fee as Applicable to All
Dwelling Units or All Residential Lots.
The Hawaii County Housing Agency reviewed and approved the
ordinance at its meeting on December 20, 2006, and voted as
follows:
AYES: B. Ford, S. Higa, D. Ikeda, B. Jacobson,
E. Naeole, A. Pilago, D. Yagong, J Yoshimoto,
P. Hoffmann - 9
NOES: None
ABSENT AND EXCUSED: None
Accordingly, I am requesting that this ordinance be included on
the Council agenda for action at its January 4, 2007, meeting.
