Re: Re-introduction of Bill 151 Draft 2
I am requesting the re-introduction of Bi11151 Draft 2. This Bill seeks to amend ~apter
20 of the County Code to accomplish the following goals:
1) To bolster enforcement of existing littering and refuse disposal provisions;
2) To reinforce deterrence by adding that each day constitutes a sepazate offense; and
3) To standardize the language for enforcement throughout the whole of chapter 20.
I would like to request this item be placed on the appropriate agenda at your eazliest
