Subject: Proposed Amendment to Administration's Proposed Bill 37, Draft 2
Below please find a proposed amendment to the above bill for your consideration. The
proposed amendment will increase the Legislative Contingency Relief by $630,000, and
decrease Transfer to Budget Stabilization Fund by $630,000. The amendment would add
an additional $70,000 to the Contingency Relief account for each district.
The following amendment affecting the appropriation to the expenditure account(s) is
summarized below:
