in the Districts of North and South Kona Until the North and South Kona Community
Development Plan is Adopted by Ordinance, or Until April 1, 2007, Whichever shall

As the result of discussions of this matter at the December 19, 2006 Planning Committee
meeting held in West Hawaii, I would like to propose an amendment to Resolution No. 16-07 to
change the date of April 1, 2007, to September 1, 2007.
The proposed amendment would change the date from April 1, 2007 to September 1, 2007 as it
appears in the "title" of the Resolution, the "Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved" pazagraph on page
2, and in the "Be It Further Resolved" paragraph on page 3.
