Dear Council Members,
I am unable to attend this hearing but would like to
give testimony in regards to Bill 221.
I stand in favor of the rezoning of this particular
piece of property from Agricultural to Commercial for
several reasons. The first being, that I don't have lots of
room in my house or on my property to store items. I
have been on a waiting list for a particular size of
storage space which is highly sought after for some
time, to the point of almost giving up. Self storage is a
business that is sorely needed in this area. Second,
saving gas on travel should be high on everyone's list.
As I would want the Council to always look with
great concern in the passing of any Bill, I would Mahalo
your passing this one.
