RE: CORRECTED CONTRACT WITH STATE OF HAWAII
Dear Chair Hoffmann and Council Members:
We were recently notified by the State of Hawaii Department of Agriculture that there
was a typographical error in the address line on page 1 of their contrail with the County
of Hawaii. This contract was an attachment to Resolution No. 23-07, which was
recommended for adoption by the Finance Committee on January 3, 2007. The zip
code of the Department of Agriculture should have read "96814" instead of "19814". All
other items will remain the same as on the original contract.
The corrected page 1 of the contract is attached and we request it to be replaced as the
attachment to Resolution No. 23-07.
