Subject: Animal Control bill 258
Dear County Council.
The reason to veto a bill is not because you cannot enforce it because there isn't enough manpower, it is because
the bill is a poor bill. This is NOT the case with Bill 258. It is a sad excuse to veto a good bill because you don't
have the people to enforce it.
Please override Mayor Kim's veto.
