Discretionary funds from District 8 will be used for native dryland reforestation at the West Hawaii Veterans'
Cemetery and implementation of protective measures to address and mitigate damage to gravesites and native
dryland forest caused by feral animals.
Enclosed please find a Resolution authorizing the transfer of $10,000.00 from the Clerk-Council SVC
