On May 17, 2006, $1,500 was appropriated via Resolution 361-06 to cover all travel and meal expenses incurred by Dennis Tulang; however, additional funds are needed so that he may continue with this project. In reviewing this matter, timely approval is crucial. It is therefore advantageous that approval is granted and the matter placed onto the next Council agenda for review. However, in the event this request is denied, for whatever reason, I understand the matter shall be referred to the Finance Committee for placement on its future agenda.
