Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 11, reports as follows:
Bill No. 11, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 37,
dated December 13, 2006, amends Ordinance No. 06-8Q as amended, ending June 30, 2007, by
adding the following project:
PARKS & RECREATION:
Kamehameha Park Comfort Station 110.599.5594.58 $250,000.00
Fair Share Assessment Contributions $250,000.00
Pursuant to Section 10-6(d), Hawai`i County Charter, the Council may amend the Capital Budget
for that year with atwo-thirds vote.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 11 and
recommends it pass first reading.
