RE: Resolution Relating to a Council Initiated Improvement District to Facilitate
Construction of Permanent Improvements to the Kona Ocean View Properties
Subdivision, at Pu`ukala, North Kona, Hawaii, including Improvement of the
Water Distribution System to County Standards, in accordance with Chapter 12 of
the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended) relating to
Improvements by Assessments.
Attached for your consideration is a Resolution initiating the establishment of a water system
improvement district to facilitate construction of permanent improvements to the Kona Ocean
View Properties Subdivision, at Pu`ukala, North Kona, Hawaii, and requesting the manager of
the departrnent of water supply to prepare a report to the council, pursuant to Hawaii County
Code chapter 12, article 2, section 12-10.
