SUBJECT: Request for Abandonment & Disposition
of Government Paper Road
Wood Valley, Ka`u, Hawaii

Enclosed is a resolution, which authorizes the abandonment and disposition of a
government paper road to Donald Shintaku of Shintaku Inc. and Timothy A. Benko/Mary
R. Capone. An independent appraiser has determined that the fair market value of the
road with an area of 5,056 square feet is $5,000.00.
