Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended,
the Office of the Corporation Counsel respectfully requests a closed meeting in
the above matter to discuss with the Hawaii County Council questions and
issues pertaining to the Council's powers, duties, privileges, immunities and
liabilities.
Specifically, the office wishes to discuss the further amendment of the
present contract with the County of Hawaii and Pinao & Ono.
