RE: County of Hawaii v. Robert Nigel Richards, et. al.

Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended,
the Office of the Corporation Counsel respectfully requests a closed meeting in
the above case to discuss with the Hawaii County Council questions and issues
pertaining to the Council's powers, duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities.
Specifically, given unfortunate misunderstandings generated through
certain media reports, the office is desirous of providing the Council an accurate
recitation of the present status of the above litigation.
