I am opposed to "Spot Zoning" anywhere but especially along Hwy 130. Growth is good but it needs to be controlled. Bills 220 and 221 are requiring an exception to the process. And if you make an exemption in this case what happens when the next application is applied for? Maybe the next applicant can't donate to the homeless or other contributions.
