Change of Zone Request by Oceanside 1250

For your favorable consideration are the following proposed amendments (in bold type) which is
consistent with the existing water condition as contained in Oceanside's Change of Zone
Ordinance Nos. 96-7 and 96-8:
B. [The required water commitment payment shall be submitted to the Department of
Water Supply in accordance with its "Water Commitment Guidelines Policy°
within ninety days from the effective date of this change of zone ordinance.] Tl>g
effectuation of the water commitment rights in the Kealakekua Source Agreement
to the current landowners of the su(?ject area with acceptance of the prevai
facilities charge by the Department of Water Suonly of the required water
