I am unable to testify in person today, hence, this a-mail. I am opposed to Bill 345 because 1 believe it allows a
change in the zoning code without proper public hearings. We need more community input when it affects our
neighborhoods. If someone wants to change the definition in a zoning code, apply for a variance. A variance is
already a part of our system.
