Please do not pass Bi11345, this bill completely usurps the county variance process and
eliminates any concerns that any potentially affected neighbor may have. This bill also
sends a message that the Department of Health is now the proper agency to determine all
allowable units to exist without affected neighbors or even area covenants being
regarded.
