As a citizen of Puna and a member of the PCDP Steering Committee, I implore you to vote
NO on Bill 221.
. It is inappropriate for such rezoning applications to be approved while the PCDP is in
progress
. This legal precedent could pave the way for undesirable strip molls on the highway
. Rezoning to Industrial-Commercial Mixed would create the potential for a new
