I wish to testify against Resolution 21-07.
First and foremost, the consumer citizens of the county must be allowed to make the decision and
"final vote" on which type of business they wish to conduct trade by being allowed to either
purchase from or not conduct business within a free market environment.
Restriction of competition does not allow the consumer to make a choice as to what is in their
own best interest. If someone does not like what a superstore or any other merchant is doing,
they may simply take their business elsewhere. If enough consumers chose to do so, the
business will not survive.
