Deaz Council Members:
This letter is to urge the County Council and Mayor to approve a waste transfer station
near Ocean View at the site which has been recommended. It appears that a few
extremely vocal and irrational people have been holding up the project even though it is
supported by the majority of people living here. Further inaction on this project can not
be condoned.
The area is growing rapidly, and the longer this is postponed, the more difficult it will be
to reach agreement on a site. Please accept the responsibility you were elected to fulfill,
end the tyrany of the few who now seem to hold sway, and build the waste transfer
station that is so badly needed here.
