Re: Resolution Accepting Donation
Enclosed is a resolution accepting a donation of three (3) buses for the County Mass
Transit Agency. This donation is being made by the City and County of Honolulu,
530 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 and has an estimated total value of
$5,715.

A. REQUEST:
To accept three (3) buses from the City and County of Honolulu.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
The City and County of Honolulu has updated their fleet, therefore transferred three (3) buses to Hawaii
County. Buses will allow the Transit Agency to expand routes and provide public transportation for Hawaii
County.
All shipping charges will be paid by the County Transit Agency.
The total estimated value of this donation is $5,715.00.
