SUBJECT: Proposed Bi1142, Draft 2: An Ordinance to Name a County Facility
"William Charles Lunalilo Playground"
Attached is a proposed Draft 2 of Bi1142. This Draft 2 amends the prefatory language in
section 4 to clarify that the bill adds a new facility to the Kona facilities schedule. (As
presently worded, Draft 1 would re lace all of the existing facilities on the Kona facilities
schedule with this new facility.) The changes are as follows:
"SECTION 4. Chapter 15, article 8, section 15-68.1, Hawaii County
Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), [

These changes have been approved by Parks and Recreation Director Pat Engelhard and Deputy
