Section 25-8-2, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br /> Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property described <br /> hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following azea situated at Puuanahulu, North <br /> Kona, Hawaii, shall be Open (O): <br /> Lot 19A: <br /> Beginning at the southwest comer of this parcel of land, being also along the <br /> northwest side of Hawaii Belt Road (F.A.P. 10-A), the coordinates of said point of <br /> beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "PUU PANINI", being <br /> 416.89 feet South and 2,959.15 feet East and thence running by azimuths measured <br /> clockwise from true South: <br /> 1. 121 ° 04' 404.99 feet along Grant 6151 to K.P.
