AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 06-80, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2006 TO JUNE 30, 2007.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 06-80, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007,
is hereby amended by increasing the following appropriation:
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT:
Honoka'a Large Capacity Cesspool Replacement
(110.699.5693.18) [$600,000] $1,200,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 600,000
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being
amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
