RE: Resolution Relating to a Council Initiated Improvement District to Facilitate
Construction of Permanent Improvements to the Kaumana City Subdivision, at
Ponahawai, South Hilo, Hawaii, including improvement of the Water
Distribution System to County Standards, in accordance with Chapter 12 of
the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended) relating to
Improvements by Assessments.
Attached for your consideration is a Resolution initiating the establishment of a water system
improvement district for the Kaumana City Subdivision at Ponahawai, South Hilo, Hawaii, and
requesting the manager of the Depait~nent of Water Supply to prepaze a report to the Council,
pursuant to the Hawaii County Code, Chapter 12, Article 2, Section 12-10.
