Human Services and Economic Development Committee
SUBJECT: Site Visit Study Group
After careful consideration, I would like to revise my previous study group recommendation. Iwould
like to recommend Council Members Donald Ikeda and Stay Higa to be part of the study group. At
present, both Council Members do not Chair any committee and would have time to attend site visits
and interviews. The following is my revised recommendation for the site visit study group:
Emily Naeole, Chair HSEDC
Angel Pilago, Vice-Chair, HSEDC (or his designated representative)
Donald Ikeda, Council Member
Stacy Higa, Council Member
Barbara Hale, Council Legislative Assistant
Maile David, Council Legislative Assistant
