RESOLUTION NO. 81 07'
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S).
WHEREAS, a request for equipment has been made by the Recreation Division of the
Department of Pazks and Recreation; and
WHEREAS, the equipment will provide recreational activities to the Laupahoehoe and
Papa`aloa communities; and
WHEREAS, a $5,000 appropriation from Council District 1 Contingency Relief account
will be administered by the Department of Pazks & Recreation; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

AMOUNT OF
APPROPRIATION: $5,000
OUT AND FROM:
010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $5,000
CREDITED TO:
010.500.5507.02 Department of Pazks & Recreation $5,000

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a wpy of this
resolution to the Director of Park & Recreation and Director of Finance and that the Director of
Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this
resolution.
