RE: CLAIM AGAINST THE COUNTY/THE HARTFORD ON BEHALF OF HERBERT DAIMONJI
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a) (4), Hawai i Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the
County Council on a claim submitted by The Hartford Insurance Company on behalf of
their insured Herbert Daimonji. We ask that this case be put on the council's agenda at
its earliest convenience.
