Comm. 179: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF THE PUBLIC SEWER TO (Res. 76-07) KULANA STREET FOR HILO ONE, INC. AT HILO, HAWAII From Environmental Management Director Barbara Bell, dated February 5, 2007, transmitting the above resolution and Department's recommendation for the approval. The applicant proposes to comply with Section 21-28(s) of the County Code, whereby they will construct the sewer extension for the County and in return, receive stated benefits from the County for the stated period of time. Notice to Lobbyists: If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii County Code}.
