Dear Mr. Hoffman:
My client, Scott Olin, is requesting that the County Council defer action on his proposed change of zone
ordinance until the North and South Kona Community Development Plan is adapted by ordinance, or
unnil September 1, 2007, whichever shall occur first. This request is submitted in response to Kona
community members' desire to complete this importa~ Planning Process.
Please disreganl the previous request which incoaectly identified the sunset date of the resolution.
