Subject: Kona Ocean View Properties- WATER IMPROVEMENT
Dear Sir or Madam;
It has come to our attention that the council will be meeting this week to discuss the proposal
of establishing city water in the Kona Ocean View Property (Pu'ukala Rd.) subdivision. As residents of
this neighborhood we would like to strongly express our support, as well as need for water
improvements.
Currently the lack of water lines is both a health issue as well as a public saftey issue for our
neighborhood. By running water lines in the subdivision the neighborhood will be a safer place to live.
Such improvments will be met with appreciation and cooperation from everyone that resides in the
subdivision, this can already be seen by the number of signatures that have been collected in favor of
water improvements.
Thank you for your continued cooperation in making our neighborhood a safer place to live. We
will be unable to attend the meeting on Tuesday due to our work schedules, but please let us know if
there is any way we can be of assistance in this matter.
