Relating to Littering and Refuse Disposal.
Attached is a "clean" print version of your proposed draft 3 of bill 151. It ramseyers the
changes that this draft makes to the code and makes other non-substantive format
changes as well.
I teamed this morning that you would be introducing these changes as a floor amendment
at the council meeting today. (When this bill was submitted for review, it did not indicate
that it was on today's council agenda-) To facilitate the council's review, I have prepared
and submit this clean written copy for your use today.
I wilt also transmit an electronic version of this bill to Barbara.
