Aloha Chair Hoffman and Council Members!
Conceptually, I am all in favor of banning big box stores. No more
(none) are needed on this island. We have enough variety and enough huge chain stores
now.
However, I do not understand why this is being brought up now and leave it in your hands
for your wise decision-making. Hopefully, it will be an unanimous decision.
