To the Mayor and the County Council of Hawaii
Once again I urge you to vote "NO" on Bi11220 and on any Bill considering strategic rezoning while
the CDP is being established. In particulaz this Bill will provide both a dangerous precedent and
another dangerous highway entrance for the Keaau-Pahoa highway. Anew storage structure is faz
from being vital, adds nothing whatsoever to the economic picture of Puna, and does not need to be
built this very minute. Other considerably more appropriate AND SAFER sites can be found without a
highway entrance.
Please vote NO on Bi11220
