Subject: Vote Yes to get 2% fund on the go
Please do vote YES to have the 2% of property taxes including penalties and interest into an interest bearing
account twice a year. Funds to date should be prorated from 11/8106 (when bill was passed) to 12/31 and put into
the interest bearing account immediately.
I am so excited about the prospect of being able to acquire funds to purchase badly needed public lands. Look at
our new Runnels beach park, a tiny piece of land making a huge difference on Alii Drive. Wouldn't it be great to
acquire as much coastal lands as possible to provide for future generations?
Please, vote YES!
Let's get the 2% fund GOING- making a difference right away!
