Aloha Chair Hoffman and Council Members!
Since we just must do something as soon as we can, because we cannot count on the Hilo Landfill for
many more yeazs, I believe this Bill is another big step forwazd. Building the Reload Station well, will
give much flexibility. The tip floor would allow for many different options.
So, I urge you to support Bi1122 -and let's get on with getting the facility built as soon as possible.
This, in itself, will extend the life of the Hilo Landfill.
